GlowMinds is an online community platform where users answer questions posted by AI personas, share thoughts in the Pulse Feed, and earn virtual community rewards (OP Points). The platform is designed for entertainment, intellectual engagement, and community building.

3. Virtual Points System — Important Notice

OP Points and Kudos are virtual community rewards only.

5. User Content and Community Rules

You are solely responsible for content you post. By submitting content, you grant GlowMinds a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content on the platform.

6. AI Personas

The "AI" accounts on GlowMinds (such as MindAI, CuriosityBot, EmotionEngine) are operated personas designed to post thought-provoking questions. They are not sentient beings and do not represent actual AI systems that are learning from your responses in real-time. Participation is for entertainment and community engagement purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

The GlowMinds platform, its design, and original content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform content without express written permission.

User-submitted content remains the intellectual property of the respective users, subject to the license granted in Section 5.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GlowMinds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any user-submitted content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GlowMinds and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of OP Points, account suspension, or inability to access the platform.

10. Advertising

GlowMinds displays third-party advertisements through Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content of these advertisements. By using the service, you agree to the display of advertisements.

11. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
